I wanted to take the time to say thank you. Your website answered all my questions, so I placed my HughesNet order online. After using the system for 2 months, I don't know how I lived without it. I waited over 3 years for DSL, my local phone company kept promising it would be here in 6 months, damn them. All I can say is; I wish someone would have pointed me in this direction sooner.

Our HughesNet system was promptly installed by your company. The installer was very nice and answered all my questions. He networked our computers and laptops together. I would like to commend Elite Satellite on your sales associate staff, particularly Dave. I called in with many technical questions prior to ordering this system for our business. Dave took the time to answer all my questions and even had me ask our contractor a few. After 3 days of getting all the information I needed, I placed my order. My HughesNet system was installed exactly as described with no surprises.

I just had my HughesNet Dish and Modem Installed. I wanted to say the customer service and phone support I received from Elite Satellite was exceptional. My sales representative advised me on what networking items I would need in order to share our new HughesNet connection with our other computers.
BTW, I also like how you didn't bill me until the system was up and running.

Since my HughesNet Service has been installed, it has changed the way I do things when surfing the internet. I'm now able to buy and sell thing on eBay with ease. I'm able to get telephone numbers in seconds instead of calling 411. I'm actually able to see movie previews and get the showing times online, as apposed to looking for my paper and then fumbling around with it.
